Preparing Print-Ready Artwork: A Simple Checklist

1. Bleed: extend backgrounds 3 mm beyond the trim line.
2. Safe zone: keep text at least 3–5 mm inside the trim.
3. Resolution: 300 DPI at final size for images.
4. Colour mode: CMYK for print; specify Pantone references if needed.
5. Fonts: outline or embed fonts in your PDF.
6. File format: export a high-quality print PDF.
